I like data-driven marketing because…Most companies spend too much time chasing shiny objects, hoping for a quick breakthrough in performance or sales.   Data-driven marketing provides a way to see what really makes a difference and to focus on the opportunities for sustainable competitive advantage.

 

How I got here…

As an organizational psychologist, I have worked in public and private sector, in large and small companies and across much of the world.  For thirty years I have helped leaders, business units and entire companies discover how to increase effectiveness and impact.   As an external consultant I have sought real partnerships with clients, with many lasting five years or longer.

 

I coach executives, facilitate group and organizational change, and have been able to place a spotlight on the psychology and 0rganizational dynamics that shape customer experience.  To create a memorable and motivating customer experience, your company needs to align employees, leaders, structure, process and culture.  Combine the power of data driven marketing with the impact of well-managed organizational change, and you can envision how  M Squared Group helps clients achieve distinctive impact.   That’s why I am here!
